Lean Sigma Managers Training

The Lean Sigma Managers course is an action packed three days during which attendees will learn essential change and management techniques then get the opportunity to apply their new skills in a practical way. There is a balanced mix of learning styles utilised in the course ensuring all attendees have the opportunity to learn in a way they find easiest.

The training centres on a simulation of a very badly run process, the participants get to experience the chaos the people in the teams feel as well as the poor results. Attendees then learn the skills to improve the process using Lean Sigma techniques as well as some of the softer skills needed. The team will lead the improvements for themselves and then learn how to keep driving continuous improvement by having the right data, visibility and transparency in their teams.

At the end of the training they will have acquired new skills whilst strengthening existing ones. The course looks to develop techniques for the following;

• Awareness of the DMAIC stages (DMAIC is the approach used by Black Belts to deliver projects)
