We offer Lean Sigma Training at all levels.  Andria, herself a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt with 14 years Lean Sigma Experience has developed the courses which are based on real experiences and built around the principles of Lean Sigma.  

Part of our Ethos is that our trainers only train on a part time basis with the remainder of their time spent deploying Lean Sigma to deliver significant improvements in the work place, across many sectors and small businesses. As a result they are up to speed with the issues faced in the market today and can give you practical solutions to real problems.

There is a range of courses from 1 day to 4 weeks within Hamilton, Lanarkshire and Glasgow. The course you need is dependant on a number of factors such as the role you have to the size of the company. Anyone who has participated on the courses to date has left with invaluable new skills, which they are able to use from Day 1 in the work place and see tangible benefits.
